The company is called Ensar Food B.V. The brand is called Ensar Yufka. It started with one man and a plate.

The sac
The hot iron plate
The sac is the plate on which yufka has been baked for centuries: hot, dry, no oil. The sheet goes on, blisters and comes off again within a minute.
That is exactly what the machines in Ermelo do too. The same heat, the same short time, only a hundred thousand times a day instead of once.
Where we bake
We show no photo of the building here. The only shot that exists is a Street View image with Google's watermark in it, and that is copyrighted material belonging to someone else. As soon as Ensar supplies their own photo, it will be here.
There is also a photo of three people at a loaded van. That is a loading bay and not a production hall, and recognisable people appear in it without us knowing whether they consented. We do not use it.
