Shipping: what has to be sorted out first
The current site shows two different rates on two different pages, and three different numbers of delivery countries. We choose neither; Ensar does that.

This is how it leaves the building
Sealed packs
Every pack passes sealed under the film on the flowpack machine. That keeps the sheet supple until it reaches your table.
Baking happens on the day itself. What comes off the line in the morning leaves within the same week.
